Return & Refund Policy

At Aura Beautys, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, certain beauty & personal care items cannot be returned once opened.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be made through the original payment method (for prepaid orders) or adjusted via replacement/exchange for COD orders.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we will replace it at no extra cost.
